How? Web storage listeners only work for other tabs, so in addition to using that we'll need a WebStorageHoc static thing that acts as an interface between each WebStorageHoc instance and the storage itself, and also keeps in sync with the state of the storage, and triggers setState on all non-triggering WebStorageHoc instances when changes occur to get those changes back into the React lifecycle in all the right places. Which means it'll probably require some kind of registry for WebStorageHoc instances.

No real reason to do this until we have an examples site up and running.
