New attempt to add ethnic slur for Ukrainians, after #1321 was rejected (just because code for slurs changed dramatically)

Wiki as a proof: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oseledets#Ethnic_slur

Thank you for the PR.

Most slurs we do not handle in the explicit slur check and instead use a fuzzier more exhaustive check that will report such that human moderators can take context into account before applying the action.

We've added this word, both singular & plural to the fuzzier check.

Hi @dholms! Where is this fuzzier check? In case one wants to contribute to it. Is it in this same repo? I looked through recent PRs and commits, but couldn't find it.

@devinivy @dholms Thanks! I can see that the list of banned words is loaded from an env variable. I'm assuming that this comes from an env file or something of the sort. Is this file (or anything else in which these words live) checked into this repo? I searched for the env var names but could find nothing other than the code that reads the config.

P.S. Rest assured that I'm not asking out of ill will, or with any sort of ulterior motive. It's just that I want to genuinely contribute an addition to the list.

Hey @arturovm - unfortunately that's something that we want to keep private. By making it public you make the rules very easy to subvert by motivated bad actors. This is a common pattern in abuse management systems.

This list will evolve over time. The easiest way to contribute to it is to reporter accounts in the app. Every report is read by a human moderator and patterns that emerge will be added to our automated reporting software. If you have specific slurs that you believe we may have missed, you can feel free to share them here
