Describe the bug

The setting for requiring alt-text does not get synced between clients.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enable require alt-text on iOS.
Check setting on web
See that it's disabled
Honk

Expected behavior

Enable require alt-text on iOS.
Check setting on web
See that it's enabled, because settings sync
