Hey Ben,
I started the Italian translation of gitmagic!

modified .gitignore to ignore hidden files (created by my vim)
modified Makefile to include the directory it that includes the Italian translation
translated the files basic.txt, intro.txt, preface.txt, translate.txt to Italian
