Meta-ros test report status #297

The README mentions:

Look at the meta-ros test reports for the description of the current state.

However, the latest test report is more than a year old.

I suggest we either restart this test report effort (how?), or remove that line from the README.

Thoughts?

I agree. As I do not have the time to maintain the test reports, I simply dropped them for now. Hopefully, someone picks up esteve's work (#217) and we can monitor the quality through the jenkins.ros.org infrastructure.
