Can you please add a LICENSE file for the cubature package? I believe that the license for cubature is set to GPL3, which requires a license file for proper building of a conda-forge recipe of the package. I previously built this conda-forge recipe, which already has ~160 downloads (see the r-cubature-feedstock). However, it needs to be updated with a win64 build, and in order to update the package, cubature must have a LICENSE file (see the failed PR checks). Thanks!

Thanks! Do you know approx. when the next CRAN update of cubature will be? The r-cubature feedstock is using the CRAN url, and it's much preferred by the conda-forge core team to only use CRAN urls and not GitHub releases (and definitely not commits lacking a release).
