by the conda-forge core team to only use CRAN urls and not GitHub releases
(and definitely not commits lacking a release).

Can you please add a LICENSE file for the
cubaturepackage? I believe that the license for cubature is set to GPL3, which requires a license file for proper building of a conda-forge recipe of the package. I previously built this conda-forge recipe, which already has ~160 downloads (see the r-cubature-feedstock). However, it needs to be updated with a win64 build, and in order to update the package,cubaturemust have a LICENSE file (see the failed PR checks). Thanks!
