Xcode project changes:

 - Project builds two binaries:
   * 32-bit universal, ppc/x86
   * 64-bit intel, x86_64
 - Support ppc architecture fully
 - Support Mac OS X 10.4 with the 32-bit universal build

Note: this requires several oss frameworks compiled for all three architectures.  They can be found here:
