Rebuilding a component invalidates the oik_shortcodes function reference #52

When completely rebuilding the API reference for a component all posts are deleted. This invalidates the API reference in the oik_shortcode.

Proposed solution.

Either remove the field or convert it to an 'sctext' field containing an [api] shortcode.

The code has now been changed to that the meta box in the editor allows entry of the field either as the API name or the post ID.
The Create shortcode admin page has not been updated.

The display of the field by bw_fields didn't allow for a blank value. I've fixed this in the latest commit.
