    Forward with mirror now working on layers!

    Changed the way how mirrored layers are calculated. There are no memory

    Adapting examples to run on both Qt4 and Qt5

    * Load GameWindow.qml dynamically to import either QtQuick 1.1 (Qt4) or
      QtQuick 2.0 (Qt5)
    * Create a example.pri file to be included by each example's .pro file,
      since they are all the same for now.
    * Added resource file to hold QML and images for each example, making
      them self contained.
