The existing test was unreliable because it depends on
sys.modules, but we don't know who injectedtyping_extensionsthere. Recently a dependency of eitherPILorsphinxor both started importing this module, thus resulting in test failures. This PR removes that test and replaces it withruff. I suppose this could be extended to all othertest_no_*_commontests.fixes #13632
