Sometimes the "Configuration Notices" falsely detects non-existing fields.. #1784

As in: The fields do exist. Not sure what causes this, and if it's possible to replicate consistently.

Closing for now! There's a broader issue with:

  1. get_declared_classes returns incorrect results, making Bolt assume incorrectly that things aren't present while they are
  2. All extensions are rendered twice.

For now, closing this one, because this specific issue is remedied.
