Improve negative cases error details

In case of Dropbox timeout, the reported error is simply `fetch failed`

IWLT 
- understand that this is a dropbox issue
- get as error content the message of the  root cause error
- setting `DROPBOX_TOKEN_SHOW_RESPONSE=true` have an additional error log with code+name+message from the root cause error
