is there any plan to create toolchains for x86 host architecture?

We have been wondering about this. However, since it doubles the number of toolchains to build, and x86-64 is now so ubiquitous, we thought we could avoid building toolchains for x86 as a host architecture.

Do you have a meaningful/reasonable use case for needing toolchains that run on x86 machines?
