Output file counts not accurate

File counter doesn't increment correctly to output final file count when folder is finished processing (either that or it is skipping images)

Example:
Processing experiment BVZ0032, location GC03R
Images are coming from Y:\a_data\camupload\eyefi\EY-GC03R, being put in Y:\a_data\TimeStreams\Borevitz
142 raw images from this camera
138 jpg images from this camera
Processed 100 Images

Processing experiment BVZ0033, location GC02L
Images are coming from Y:\a_data\camupload\eyefi\EY-GC02L, being put in Y:\a_data\TimeStreams\Borevitz
211 raw images from this camera
211 jpg images from this camera
Processed 200 Images
