Improve DLL chainloading to work properly with third party addons and mods, i.e. SweetFX, GemFX, Reshade, TVstyle, iRTVO, etc.

I second this. It would be a great feature, if either sweetFX/Reshade and SoftTH could be made to work through one file. If it is even possible. A lot of the multi monitor users are simmers, and simmers tend to use post processing effects injectors.

PS: for now, you can use this workaround:
