This pull request adds example HTML and Markdown code to the dashboard of a project, specifically to the Settings page.

For example, for the https://github.com/bors-ng/bors-ng project, the example HTML code will be

<a href="https://app.bors.tech/repositories/3"><img src="https://bors.tech/images/badge_small.svg" alt="Bors enabled"></a>

and the example Markdown code will be

[![Bors enabled](https://bors.tech/images/badge_small.svg)](https://app.bors.tech/repositories/3)

for a badge that looks like this: Bors enabled

The example HTML and Markdown code will be placed in the lower right hand corner of the Settings page.
