I need to customize the Hostname of my Windows Servers to suffix the default hostname by an identifier.
This help us to enhance performance of searches in our OPenTSDB server which have to manage hundreds of servers.
One way to do that, could be to get the Computer Name in environment variable and to customize it as needed , for example :
Hostname = "${env:COMPUTERNAME}-MY_OWN_ID"
I have not found any information in the documentation to help me to do that.
Is it currently possible or could it be possible in a future release ?
Thank you.
