Description

Basic code style settings like line endings, file endings, tab vs spaces & indent size can be set in a .editorconfig file that most IDEs will detect and follow.

* Add .editorconfig

fixes #22

* Fix editorconfig violations

Ignore db seeds as it is auto-generated.

* Ignore entire data directory

* Run editorconfig check as a mocha test

* Clean up mocha test
