Created data structures for QualificationRequest QualificationType (based on BaseAutoResultElement). Hooked those classes to the methods which were created. Also modified create_qualification_type update_qualification_type get_qualification_type assign_qualification to return the appropriate data structures (instead of just an empty resultset with attributes all over the place). Slight change to mturk/qualification.py to make sure 'IntegerValue' is not present when comparator is 'Exists'.
