DBInstance.modify throws an exception when argument apply_immediately is set #1051

DBInstance.modify returns error 400;

boto.exception.BotoServerError: BotoServerError: 400 Bad Request
<ErrorResponse xmlns="http://rds.amazonaws.com/doc/2012-09-17/">

    <Code>MalformedInput</Code>
  </Error>

</ErrorResponse>

When you specify the argument apply_immediately (regardless of it's value). Omitting the argument or using the .modify_dbinstance method on the RDSConnection object resolves the issue
