IAM get_signin_url returns bad URLs #1922

It looks like the results from get_account_alias aren't playing well with get_signin_url on IAM. At present, I get something that looks like (sanitized):

"https://{u'list_account_aliases_response': {u'list_account_aliases_result': {u'account_aliases': [u'...'], u'is_truncated': u'false'}, u'response_metadata': {u'request_id': u'...'}}}.signin.aws.amazon.com/console/ec2"

I started to write a patch along the lines of inserting the following into get_signin_url:

alias = alias['list_account_aliases_response']['list_account_aliases_result']['account_aliases'][0]

but, I stopped as I've seen the same response encapsulation elsewhere with IAM recently (hadn't used the IAM api before), and I'm wondering if something on the API changed such that a more broadly scoped patch is needed.

This seems to be fixed in the latest version (2.29.1).
