Had a horrible experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude and ruin our night. The place is filthy. Truly awful food at this place. Hate to provide such a negative review but prompted to do so so others dont make the same mistake as we did. My wife and I responded to a lunch deal we received on our phones. We had never been to this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. Wife had French Dip with fries. Hoagie roll was stale and tasted like very cheap white, pasty bread. Nothing like a true French Baquette. Broth dip for sandwhich was extremely salty. Tasted like they mixed beef boullion with water. Meat was nothing to brag about. rather flavorless. Fries were terrible, fake, extruded fries not real french fries. I ordered the Burger and requested a side salad instead of carb heavy potato chips or french fries (only side choices). They want extra two dollars to sub out a side salad. Rip off and not too friendly to health conscious consumers. I opted for the chips thinking they would be house made. Wrong. Chips from a bag. I only ate a few. The burger was from a frozen patty. Tasteless! Not worth the price they are charging. For an appetizer we ordered their pretzel. Bad decision. Bready, soft consistency. Not pretzel like at all. Waste of money. $8.95. Way over priced. With $15 off for the coupon we still ended up paying over $35 for lunch. Wont be going back. Skip this place if you have any tastebuds. You wont be satisfied. Unfortunately this is the second time I have received an incorrect order from this location. At first I decided to give them a second chance and again I was rudely disappointed. Not only was both my sandwiches wrong, they did it on both occasions. The food if made correctly can be great but not when a customer specifically requests items to be removed from a sandwich and they show a continued disregard for a customers wishes. Highly unprofessional and extremely reckless. Will never order from them again even after giving them a second try after my first order was mistaken by their staff. Less then one star would be more then appropriate. This is the most disgusting restaurant I`ve ever been to. The service is horrible, incredibly slow and extremely rude. The soup tasted like dog food and nearly made me vomit. My girlfriend found not one, but 2 dead flies in her rice. This place should be shut down. What a terrible experience in this venue was for my family a party of 10 on Thanksgiving evening -we originally had a reservation for six that was placed through OpenTable -when four more people joined our group I needed to change the reservation to a party of 10 I called the restaurant and spoke with an assistant manager who assured me that he would change the reservation to a party of 10 and I was to cancel the open table reservation which I did. Upon arriving Thanksgiving eveningThe manager came out extremely rude his name was Frank was very abrupt- basically telling me I made up the whole story and theres no way that any of his employees would ever do that then asked me to pull up the email showing the canceled open table reservation which I did - He still would not admit to any wrong doing on the part of his staff and took a very pompous attitude with me -I would never recommend anyone to ever go to the Paris buffet this manager Frank was absolutely horrible and should not be working in the public sector The food is good here specially the shawarma dinner but the staff and customer service is horrible. There is a boy behind bar that I highly doubt is even 18 years old and he serves alcohol. I assume he is the owners son. He has a big attitude and is extremely rude. Once you enter he restaurant and you have your seat there is a unsettling vibes to this place. All staff and waitresses are minding your business as if you are stealing something from them when you just giving them business. The place of this restaurant probably has something to do with the way these people act. Anyways I like the food but do NOT like the staff specially that young looking inexperienced boy behind the bar. He needs to go to school to learn how to treat customers and learn about customer service and customer care. Thats all I have to say. Tasty Grill catered an event I attended and the food, was in fact Tasty! However, I went to the restaurant to order and received horrible service from the Manager named Oscar. I went in to order and I was told by the Hostess that my food would be ready in 20-25 minutes. So I went to run a quick errand and when I returned at the 20 minute mark I was greeted by Oscar (the grouch). When I approached the counter he stated that my food wasnt ready and it would be another 20 minutes. When Oscar spoke to me it was extremely condescending, rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me as if I was beneath him. Since I had already waited 20 minutes I didnt want to wait another 20 minutes so I asked for a refund. He kept going on and on and trying to avoid the refund. He left mid sentence as I asked him again for a refund and came back and said my food would be ready in 5 minutes. I declined and asked for a refund again and this time for his bosses name. Turns out he is the manager and said the Owners didnt want to spend their time talking to the customers. (What???does he not know customers pay their wages) Oscar continued to pick an argument and really avoided trying to give me a refund. Finally I did get a refund, and he continued to speak rudely to me as I walked out. I definitely will not be eating there ever, and I will let the people who used their catering services know what poor service they provided to me. i called the police for them ... staff is extremely rude ... they bullied me ... first visit, they were so busy i had no time to wait coz i work at the same area .. i had only 15 minutes break i wanted to grab a coffee ... it took 20 minutes waiting i had to ask for a refund coz it was not prepared yet and i was late to my work. Visit 2 : i checked first if the place is busy... it was not busy at all ... i ordered junior chicken with ice coffee ... i noticed that they pass larger order who ordered after me and am still not yet served i tried to ask the staff nicely to let her note that am late and they let people ordered after me go and my order still not yet ... she ignored me and did not answer me at all ... it pissed me off being ignored and i called her a gain and she insisted to ignore me ... finally she said am busy ... i asked to speak to the manager the answer were that the manger busy for that ... it pissed me off more and more ... they were very irritating .. she went directly to the cash to give me a refund .. however i did not ask for a refund this time ... she telling her friends that i did the same thing the day before ... and they gather together against me. They refused to give me a refund. I called the police. The police came late and i had to go to my work ... the police came in my absence and they put it on me and they told him that they offered me a refund , and i said no which is not the scenario. The police left without even hearing from me. My husband pass by them and talked to the manger and was able to get my money back. Lesson learned never go there again. respect my self and pay a little more in any other place than paying less and get humiliated in a shitty place with shitty staff Decent food. Ordered some sushi rolls. What stands out about this place was the hostesss attitude. It was down right rude and extremely chilly. I didnt get that vibe when she seated the patrons in front of us. Hate to bring race into the issue but I am of Asian decent and the patrons ahead were Caucasian. The funny thing is the hostess is Asian as well. Sad this place gave me that vibe. I will not be coming back. Our servers attitude was a little warmer but at least she treated everyone the same. Bad experience The hostess at the front desk was extremely rude (Nov 6, 17) 9am. She simply doesnt know what customer service should be. Very surprise a restaurant in 5 stars hotel hired employee like her. If I could give Terre Rouge 0 stars here, I would. TLDR: I would not recommend going here whatsoever. One dish I was looking forward to was the baked brie - and it was a major disappointment. At $14 I expected a sizeable chunk of cheese for bread to dip into, but what we received was 5 slivers of bread and a SUPER THIN layer of cheese (literally probably only 1mm) in a mini pan, topped with a few berries. To make it worse, after each of us 4 diners ate a portion, with 1/5 portion remaining, the waiter abruptly begins to clear our plates and cutlery. We thought he was clearing away for our mains, but after he also snatched away our appetizer. Two of us loudly said we were not finished with it, but he was in a huge rush to turn and walk away from us that we were ignored. That was extremely offputting and rude but goes to say how small the portions were that 1/5 of the dish looked like scraps. We wondered how we could politely complain or comment on this matter and decided to speak to the chef directly since he was out talking to the guests sitting beside us and looked like he would make his way around to everyone. However, the Chef (who quite happily so) only talked to this one table and no one else. Given its a new restaurant and he gave so much attention to them, it was shocking and disappointing he gave no glance to anyone else. And whether intentional or not, it felt discriminatory because that one table who happened to get special customer service were the only Caucasian looking diners in the restaurant. And this was not just from the chef but also from the same waiter. Other than that there was general unattentiveness from the wait staff where my friends had no opportunity to ask for salt or ketchup for their fries, it was somehow also not offered to begin with either. Waiters seemed quite unprofessional, host having no idea whether my friends arrived or not, waiter loudly saying to the host they had no idea where a specific table number was to take me to, attitude on being asked to split bills - just not the kind of service you expect at the upscale price they are positioning themselves to be. Food was average, it was not specifically good or bad for its price point. But for that kind of service I would not be going again, and obviously will be telling everyone to avoid as well. Poor customer service! The new female cashier in the BBQ area is extremely rude! She would greet and help people behind me just because they speak Chinese and look Chinese! I remember going to Wandos one night for some drinks with my twin sister years ago. She has a physical disability--cerebral palsy--and lost her balance while trying to get into a barstool and fell to the ground. The owner kicked us out because she fell, and she was in tears as we walked back to her new apartment that she had just gotten the keys for that day. It was unfortunate, because my sister realized she didnt have her keys and had left them at Wandos. We both went back and the owner was sitting in a chair at the door and I tried to explain to him that we needed to go in and search for the keys. He would not let us in and was extremely rude, belittling me as a female, while my sister cried with tears streaming down her face. An employee apparently searched, but only looked for two minutes. I remember a complete stranger witnessed the words between the owner and I, and with all sincerity he could not believe that someone could ever treat us that way. It is a night that still haunts me. We never went back. The cashier was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I was attempting to use the bk app for the first time and needed some help. There was no one behind me and she acted annoyed. After I figured out the app I went to pay with my debt card and I inserted my chip and she said I told you to swipe our chip machine doesnt work. I then told her a sign is needed then to block the chip reader so theres less confusion. Overall she was horrible and with a bad attitude. Extremely slow service for a busy little place. Watch out!! Lunch specials recently went up to $9.29 each. Used to be $6.99! Salad is underwhelming and maki rolls are slapped together. Their quality has dropped compared to 3 years ago. Staff are extremely rude. Will be looking for a new sushi joint ... send me recommendations! The service has declined at the Mermaid. We arrived at the restaurant an hour and a half before close. We were turned away. Not to mention that the hours of operation are incorrect. The website states as well as Yelp the restaurant is open until 10:00 on Saturdays. So technically, we arrived two and a half hours ahead. Called to speak to Manager. The hostess was extremely rude and the Manager would not take the call. This is the second time in the last three months we have gone and there were issues. Also went a different time and the restaurant was closed when the hours in the door show it should have been opened. They have become unreliable and miss managed. Will not be returning. We waited 25 minutes to get two tacos, and one quesadilla. It wasnt even busy. We were there around 1am. The problem was we were skipped over 3 times. When we finally confronted them to ask about our order, some female employee by the name of Cruz was extremely rude to us! I will never in my life go to this location again, and may never go to a Pepes again. The food was bland, and boring. You might as well go to a Robertos. Its the same flavor, and quality. We only went there, because our favorite taco truck, Felipes, was closed. Good luck if you go.....although I strongly recommend you dont! Great concept , poor execution. The service was off to a good start when our initial server was very friendly, took our soda and popcorn order and advised us to press the service button if we needed anything during the movie . We got our soda within 5 minutes of ordering , so I thought hey maybe all those bad reviews are unwarranted. 1 hour later and half way through our movie , no popcorn. We paged for service and she apologized and brought us our popcorn. Its either poor training , communication , or a broken system between ordering and delivering Next , we paged for service a little bit later for a refill on our soda, and she had the audacity to say I need to close out all the tabs right now I cant get you a refill THE HELL. So finish your tabs and bring back the refill. I paged for another service since she was extremely rude and I saw other patrons getting refills without any issue. The second service member came by for a refill. Id highly recommend better training or a revamp of your SOP. This was terrible service and Id never go back to order anything. Movie is fine sure ,but dont expect to get any good service , food or anything in a timely manner. Its all very sporadic and random based on your luck and whos serving you. I come every Saturday for breakfast. The host always sit me very quickly theyre so lovely Ive had great experiences. Today I was very upset. I got sat down very quickly but my waiter Thomas W definitely treated my boyfriend and I differently from the other tables he had to take care of. He constantly checked in on his other tables especially the one in front of us. All he did was take our order give us our food and then while we were eating he gave us our receipt to check out as we were eating. I was very offended. Never once asked if we needed hot sauce or ketchup as he did for the table in front of us he constantly checked in on them. I was furious how differently Thomas was treating us. Maybe he thought since we were young we werent going to tip him or something. Im just very angry how differently he treated us. The host are always so lovely and kind and treat us very well they recognize us when we go in and greet us so wonderfully Ive had other waiters that have treated me so well but I was extremely upset with Thomas. He never checked in on us if we needed anything just gave us our food and then our check. So rude. There arent many Indian options on my side of town. I gave this place three tries to get their act together, and it went from bad to worse. The woman who works here is rude and hostile, and actively lies to customers and Eat24 staff. All low reviews have poor service in common. Come at your own risk. FIRST VISIT: Placed appetizer order via Eat24, notified order would take 45 minutes. Arrived after 30 minutes and female cashier flipped out on me, rudely stating there was no way it would be ready within an hour. When I clarified that Id only ordered an appetizer, she went off on a rant about the ovens. The cook silently brought my order out from the kitchen literally five minutes later, cashier and an apology were nowhere to be found. Tandoori wings were good but samosas were the tiny frozen variety from the grocery rather than the larger ones I expect at restaurants. SECOND VISIT: This was a wash, because I placed an online order for pickup again only to get texts from Eat24 about how my order wasnt available. I guess it happens sometimes, but I ordered the most basic of Indian dishes, saag paneer. Theres a grocery store literally in your parking lot. How does this happen? Strike 2. THIRD ATTEMPT: Placed an order for mutton biryani. Came in to pick up, same woman said she didnt confirm the order with Eat24, handed me their lunch menu and said I could order now. When I asked about my order, she said its not her problem and to call Eat24. I asked why she chose not to fill my order knowing Id be coming in to pick up food and get nothing, essentially wasting my time. She then backtracked and said she didnt know I had placed an order, she was just guessing. She was talking over me and interrupting as I tried to work this out, extremely unprofessional. It seems theyre regularly refusing to fill Eat24 orders over some beef with the company. Not my problem, but after wasting my time twice, I will never be back. The general manager along with her employee were extremely rude. I will never go to this location again! I will continue to go to 59th and thunderbird!! This place has the potential to be an awesome bar. Sadly after a few times being there i honestly dont think it would get better. I do give props to 1 bartender but thats about it. As far as music and drinks its very mediocre, the service from the servers is extremely horrible. God for bid theyd actually have to pay attention to their customers. After getting a pool table and waiting a good 30 mins to get food and drink order our server finally came. Placed our drink and food order and completely rushed it out of us as if she had a time limit to get the order in 10 pm on Friday. When we finally got our food we realized she forgot our nachos after finishing all of our food. We told her she forgot our nachos thinking maybe it was already made and she can just run it to us but she just went and put the order in. And before that i asked for simple glass of water she looked at me dead in the eye and said sure Ill grab that, but then continued to go sit at her own table with co workers to eat and dance to the god awful music they had playing. I really wanted to like this place because of the amount of pool tables they have but the servers could use a whole lot of common sense and training. Empty on a Friday night with the employees kids yelling and playing tag around the tables. I complained about the noise then got extremely rude stares from the staff. When eating my leftovers the following day found a grown adults finger nail in my food... If I could give it zero stars, I would. My friends and I came in today and the hostess told us it was a 30 minute wait when the place was literally empty. She was just too lazy to push tables together for us. She sent us upstairs and told us to push our own tables together in the bar. When we started doing this, a blonde middle aged woman was extremely rude and clearly pissed. Lucky for us, she was our server. Id tell you her name, but she didnt introduce herself. She immediately chose to be disrespectful. She told us Ill be with you in a few minutes and I kid you not, she stood in the corner yawning and glaring at us. We literally got up and left after about 10 minutes. She started laughing as we got up. I have never experienced such an unpleasant human being. This woman was nasty. I am not one to post yelp reviews, but I could not let this one slide. Horrible waste of time! This place is overrated. Girls are far away and you have to crumble dollar bills to throw at them. So, no interaction. Girls are NOT completely nude. Wtf?! Want nude, go in back and pay $450 an hour! Rude rude rude bartenders! And extremely homophobic. Will never go back. A nice little place that seats around 15 with not-so-great parking accommodations. The food has been great on both occasions, BUT the blonde waitress/cashier with the glasses has had a consistent unwarranted issue which seems to be only with me both times. That is why I cannot give this restaurant the 4 stars that it deserves. During my first visit, a month ago in October, I encountered the waitress after walking into an empty shop. After being in there less than 10 seconds, she asked me, What would you like? It wasnt so much the words, but it was the tone and the fact that I havent been in the shop, 1. Long enough to make it to the front counter, 2. Read whats on the menu to request an order. Because it was my first time, I had a few questions with what was on the menu. Every answer I received was dry and very short. I took it as, maybe thats just her personality, so I place my order and took a seat. Less than 2 minutes later an older European couple and a friend came into the shop. I noticed the waitress demeanor change, because the new patrons were greeted warmly with a big smile and a, Welcome to Greedy Girls! How are you today? After the patrons response the waitress said, Just let me know when youre ready to order. As she stood erect and attentive behind the counter rather than sitting at the side table behind her laptop as she was during our exchange. After my experience, I chose not to spend energy on what could be conceived as a negative first impression, taking into consideration that she might have had a bad day or may have other issues not seen on the surface. Because of that, I let the situation rest. I decided to return today, November 30th, 2017 to try other items on the menu. Upon entering, I was greeted with a similar, dry, What would you like? During our encounter, a cook peers from out the kitchen and greets me with a welcoming smile and hello, which immediately puts a smile on my face. A short time later I decided on the lamb burger sliders. The waitress informs me that they are all out of the Greek sliders and the Indian sliders are all they have left. I asked what was the difference between the Greek and the Indian sliders. In an awkward exchange she says, One is Greek and one is Indian While was given in a short condescending tone. I look at her.... She then goes on to explain different ingredients between the two. I opted for the Greek wings instead. After the order was ready she comes to the front with the container and asks, Do you want a plastic bag? As I stand and walk to the counter, I say, Yes. I then politely ask for napkins. The waitress says, Theyre on the table Taken back, I turn around and look at the table I was just sitting where I see a napkin holder. I thought, That is extremely rude! I then walk to the counter to receive my now bagged food, only to see 3 packs of napkins directly behind her head within 10 inches reaching distance. I ask, Arent those napkins right there? She turns around to look at them and says, Yes. I ask, So, you couldnt grab a few napkins from there to put in my bag? She then goes on to repeat, Theres napkins on the table. So, I took my bag and I left, receiving subpar customer service and no napkins. Greedy Girls food is good, but not worth the hassle if other patrons are being treated as well as I was from my two visits. I ordered a pizza from this location for the first time in years-- I remember why I havent now. The employees at this location throw each other under the bus over who screwed up the ranch dressing on the order. The driver blamed the cashier and then the cashier lied stating the driver forgot it. I paid for it and SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED numerous times that ranch was important for my daughter when I ordered. Then I spoke to a raging manager named Melanie who said the driver gave my ranch to another order. It would have been forgivable if my pizza wasnt cold and when I called to complain about all this, their manager was pleasant. Instead, she was extremely hostile and rude. She hung up on me when I asked how they were crediting my account instead of giving me my money back. During the call she also said I must have had a horrible day to be upset about the situation. What terrible management and employees this location has. I sent my son in to pick up dinner and they charged us twice but claimed the charges never went through. My bank app showed 2 separate transactions. I called and spoke to 3 different people and had my son show the bank app showing that they charged us twice. Then they put someone named Daniel on the phone and he claimed that there was no way we got charged because a receipt didnt print. He was extremely rude and condescending. Even laughed at me on the phone and said that this wouldnt have happened if there was money on the card. Do not go to this Panda! I wish I wouldve read the previous YELP reviews regarding this location. They have several reviews regarding their horrible service there. They couldve made this right but instead they chose to humiliate my son and demean me over the phone. Totally unacceptable!! I came here for lunch with my family and little toddler. One of the servers whose name is May was extremely rude. My child accidentally spilled her snacks on the floor while we were sitting aside and waiting for a table and this woman was disgustingly nasty. The most horrible thing was that once we got seated, she began to take our order but my little one was reaching for the menu, and this woman grabbed my daughters wrist and shoved it aside. Once I allowed things to process, and after we got out food (surprised we even decided to stay!), I confronted the woman and she actually denied everything. If there are cameras in this place, it will be known that she lied directly through her teeth. The only thing pleasant about being there was another waiter named Leo who was very good about taking care of us. The whole experience in dealing with a woman who put her hand on my child is appalling. The food was okay, and not enough to make up for this horrible and traumatizing experience. We will definitely not be coming back here. Ever. The only chance we might come back is if they train these women especially Joyce on how to be a decent human being. We use to come here at least once a week since my husband loves the bigger cups, hokkaido milk tea with extra sea salt cream and honey boba. Also, the owner and 3 other men who helped us always treated us well; welcoming and accommodated our adjustments on our drinks. (I personally dont love the drinks here, but thats another story. I find them all basic) Actually, all boba shops make it their pride to adjust drinks to your liking. Not sure who hired these women (Joyce), but forget adjustments, they give you the stink eye and a hard time. We asked if they had Crystal boba today and Joyce says No we never did. (Even though they served it to us a couple times in the past.) We kindly asked if they took it off the menu? Joyce repeated herself, No, we dont have it. We never had it...she says it a few more times in a rude manner. Makes you want to roll your eyes after the second time. LOL! Arguing is ill-advised and it makes you look like a real jerk. Ive noticed that whenever the women employees are working, we ALWAYS have a negative experience. The drinks always come out tasting wrong and tonight was the LAST TIME we will ever come back. Joyce, was training another girl on the register and was on some sort of bull shit high horse. She was flat out rude and refused to adjust our drinks to our liking. She went out of her way to make a simple adjustment request into an argument. Why did it have to become awkward and embarrasing!!!??? Our drinks came out and my husband requested his sea salt cream topped off like they always do for him. Its just 2 tablespoons more of sea salt cream and we were happy to pay any extra topping costs. Every time we come here the men accomodates, including the owner. Trust me, Its not a wild request! ...This is where it gets fun... Joyce says, No we dont do that. :/ We go back and forth about this for a few minutes. It was extremely awkward. L O L Que? We come here ALL OF THE TIME & every single time we come here, we order the SAME EXACT DRINK and they ALWAYS, ALWAYS do it for us. However, when high horse Joyce lady is here, they dont do anything apparently. She is an expert at rolling her eyes and walking away though. Yeah, we saw that too, Joyce. We dont do that is the motto here. Welp, if you dont do anything here, then we will happily go to the 10 other great boba shops in the same neighborhood. You are cheap, lack customer service and common sense. Im beyond frustrated we had to deal with this and we asked for a refund. Heard many good things about this place so I decided to finally try it out. First off, the shime saba (torched mackerel) was fantastic. It was served with torched kiwi as well, which was a strange mix, but the servers torch it in front of you. Quite a show! Though this is only after they forgot about our order and I had to remind the servers. Most of the food we ordered were below average compared to other Izakayas. For example their takoyakis were extremely mushy and had very little octopus in it. The menu is beyond overpriced for its quality. The reason why I gave it 2 stars was the absolute terrible service. Ive never felt so attacked in my life. We were one of the first customers to walk in at opening (5pm) and they were already in a bad mood. At the door, one of the servers rudely told us to wait at the door to be seated, talking over my question, which was can we eat Ramen in this side of the restaurant?. Throughout the night, the servers only did what they had to do, serve the food without looking or explaining the said dish, ignored me to the point I had to foolishly wave both arms in the air to get the 4th waiters attention. There were only 2 great waiters this visit that did their job correctly, but honestly, 0 stars on service for the rest of the staff of about 5 people. Terrible terrible terrible. We were expecting to drink and enjoy our time tonight, but instead we felt very unwelcomed and had to finish off our night elsewhere. This Chick-fil-A has pretty bad service. I came here with 2 children and a baby and I ordered food for all of us. The person taking our order was pretty rude and they forgot to bring out one of our fries. I went up to ask for the other fry and the cashier asked me to get out my receipt even though I literally just ordered and she saw me struggling with three kids. The salad we got looked like it was made with old lettuce, as most of it was brown. They brought out our food super fast, but Im guessing that they just had chicken sitting around waiting to be used because the chicken was extremely cold. I expect more from Chick-fil-A. I used to work at Chick-fil-A and I know how important customer service and third mile service is to this corporation, but this Chick-fil-A clearly does not follow this Extremely bad service. The lady who works there is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have been going there for a year now and I work in the neighborhood I guess as it was walking distance from where I work but unfortunately this is the height of bad service and its not just me I have seen her behaving rudely to many customers. She definitely needs some training and has to learn how to acknowledge and respect customers otherwise she is gonna lose so much of business. First of all, today it was around 3:37 P.M. and I went to this Subway in Oakland which is on 418 S. Craig Street and an employee who worked there named: Karolin was being extremely unhelpful because she had told me that coupons arent accepted at that Subway then I asked why and showed her the coupon again but she didnt give me a straight answer or a legit reason. It clearly says on the coupon that I got from an ad: FREE BUY ANY SUB AND ANY DRINK AND GET A FREE SUB OF EQUAL OR LESSER PRICE And the coupon didnt even expire until December 31st and this is false advertising! She told me that particular Subway location doesnt accept coupons like that and she wouldnt answer what Subway location did. The coupon I got in the ad did not say which Subway locations did accept them and to me this is false advertising or she is wrong! I felt ripped off and this is completely unacceptable. I called the customer service number of Subway which was 1-800-888-4848 to report this complain and e-mailed the rep a screenshot pic of the coupon because there was no manager available on duty to talk to. Again, I asked her why certain coupons arent accepted and why they have them if a certain Subway location wont accept them and she wouldnt give me a straight answer. Whats funny is the other Subway in location also in Oakland on Forbes Avenue does take coupons so thats what I dont get. Ihave been a customer for years at Subway and always do business but this was a terrible experience! When I called customer service, I kept getting the runaround and no apology. He said the coupon had something to do with the marketing. This Subway location is a fraud and deserves to be out of business and these lazy employees who are always on their phones texting, they dont seem to know what they are doing or seem to understand how coupons work. Please avoid this unless you are looking to pay more for a sub and get ripped off with false advertising on coupons! This Subway seriously needs sued. I have previously only had great experiences at this restaurant, but tonight was an exception. Amidst being seated outside, a rowdy group of drunk men catcalled my daughter and I as we went to our seats, saying they had two open seats next to them. Throughout our entire night there, they were extremely loud and obnoxious, yelling at every server and female worker that walked past them. They were extremely rude, even throwing napkins over the fence outside. I am surprised the management did not kick them out, but rather kept serving them drinks? The funniest part was our waitress seemed to enjoy their attention; more concerned about these drunks than giving us proper service. Was a disappointing experience at a usually great restaurant. The food is good, but nowhere near worth it when it comes to the price for the Korean BBQ. Sushi is good and worth the money, but the BBQ is extremely overpriced. $30 for $3 worth of frozen meat is ridiculous. With a party of 5, it took 20 minutes between the first entree and the last entree to hit the table, with the last entree being frozen beef that they call bulgogi. The short ribs cost $35 where you would pay $15-20 for better quality and more meat at any of the other Korean BBQ joints in town. The service is also REALLY bad. The server was a nice guy, but he definitely needs more training. Also, random staff members would just walk up and start putting meat on out table grill. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. There needs to be a change in service very quickly or this place will not last. The best part of the meal was the mandu and that they have Hite. Other than that, only come here for sushi or the appetizers and the beer. DO NOT waste your money in the BBQ. If you want Korean BBQ of the same quality, go to Koryo at 43rd ave and Peoria and save 50%. We paid $80 for a $40 meal. More than likely will not be coming back. I ate at this restaurant with my parents and this was not a pleasant experience at all, despite all the hype weve heard about it. Both my mom and I have multiple allergies. First of all, the allergy menus were depressing even to look at, and the food options were extremely limited. It was over priced when you have to take out big ingredients to make it work, but pay for everything anyway. We were given the wrong menus (dinner instead of lunch) and ordered from that, then had to go through the whole process again with a different menu. It was extremely disheartening and took a lot more time since its so difficult to find something we can eat and actually want to eat. After that, we were given an incorrect drink order. Our server didnt apologize for either mistake and had an unpleasant attitude throughout the entire meal. The server asked what kind of medical condition we had that caused our allergies, or if it was a lifestyle choice. My medical condition is personal, and I find it rude that the server asked. By asking if it was a lifestyle choice, it felt like the server doubted our authenticity and felt we were being an unnecessary nuisance for needing help with the menu. Overall, everything was handled poorly and I see no reason to ever come back. Stopped in here for breakfast with my wife. The food is way overpriced for the quality. The waiter was extremely rude and had an terrible attitude. I would not recommend this place. Me and my husband got the kids to sleep and decided to order some hot wings. Well they sure came. I ordered 20 hot wings just regular hot wings and they came fire wings. They burnt the inside of my mouth. I was starving and I had to eat some but it was the most uncomfortable dinner I had in years. So I call this location back and talk to the manager and he was rude to me and better yet, he did not set up to pick up the intense little package of wings and change them for me. So I will not order here again. Pizza Hut ruined my whole night and the manager made it sound like I was lying just to get more food. That was a terrible experience. I hope he dont treat others with that attitude. He needs to be demoted. Rudeness of a man. Sorry folks but if you want to burn your mouth literally do not order hot wings cuz they were sooooo hot even my Mexican husband could not take the heat. And it made our stumochs burn for atleast an hour. Just be very cautious about the type you want. They didnt say anything to explain how hot they were or they used the hot sauce that was old. Something went wrong and it was extremely intense. I work too hard to have such bad luck. Pizza Hut is failing. Ake care everyone!! Love Mary I came to iPic with better expectations. I came to iPic to get my ticket, drink (s) and food all in a timely manner. I came to wine and dine in extreme fashion and class; however, none of this was the case. Instead, the guest services hostesses were extremely rude and snooty. They apparently could not find my reservation in the system, kept on answering phone calls and making reservations all while letting me miss the first 10 minutes of the movie and I arrived 30 minutes early. Not once did they offer their manager to resolve the issue, even after I asked and was grossly ignored. The line was atrocious, absolutely no way of circumnavigating this and expediating this process. So no complaints as far as the line comes. That is until you get to the bar and order your drinks and dont even get looked at once! This one bartender finally recognized that I was waiting for a drink, comes over and takes my order, tells me the food will be delivered too my seat in the recliner seats (which I will get too later). All fine and dandy - the bartender Kimberly made perfect drinks, was nice and acted like she knew how to do her job. NOWWWWW, this is where it all goes spiraling into oblivion. A) serving staff had 0 - zero ziltch nada - knowledge of menu for simple questions I didnt ask at the bar B) These seats all need to be ripped out and burned!!! As soon as I sat down, I could feel food caked on from when this theater was opened up. And I mean from 2010 not like the day they opened up shop. My seat was broken and I let my server know. They got me in another seat and that was really expedient and quick, but everything after that seemed like slow motion. C) My server was really nice and put my drink order in, or atleast said he did. I waited a good 30 minutes before seeing him again and of course the drink he brings me is watered down. I immediately let him know my displeasure and he assured me theyd make another one. This second one was also watered down and took another 15-20 minutes. Overall, I dont get the hype and do not recommend anyone to sit in the premium plus. Also, dont drop your phone into the depths of the premium plus seats. I found tiny little yellow spiders and years of uncleaned popcorn in the seats. They desperately need to get pest control in there and clean every nook and cranny because I also saw fruit flies swarming the hallways, cockroaches by trash cans and the theater I was in had movie theater debris all over the place as if the cleaning staff said screw this theater. Definitely an upsetting experience, and now out 78 bucks... my mom and i had appointment scheduled for 5 oclock and waited there for roughly 45 minutes (nothing too crazy i knew it was busy so i wasnt stressing) until we were called back for vitals, the nurse that took as back there was EXTREMELY disrespectful, me being sick, i was coughing, i wasnt being rude about it i was trying to cover my mouth or cough into my elbow so i would avoid my mom and the nurse. everytime i coughed the nurse would kind of lean back and be super annoyingly extra as if i was coughing right in her face lol. she then asked extremely rude do you need a mask i said i mean if its that serious to you, my mom also said if its that necessary when im sure it wasnt. you guys deal with sick people all day. she continued asking questions as if we were a bother to her so i finally asked do you enjoy your job? do you like working here? her attitude changed really quick. she then said there were no rooms and we needed to wait in the waiting room again we said okay and sat there for ANOTHER HOUR until my mom finally said is there any rooms available weve been here for 2 hours now and had an appointment scheduled and of course they brought us back right away. skipping to when the doctor gave us our prescriptions, i needed a refill on my inhaler and some antibiotics for minor bronchitis. were finally out of there after 2 and half hours, we go to the pharmacy, drop our prescriptions off and go back about 45 minutes later. keep in mind the whole reason i scheduled this appointment was for a refill on my inhaler, i just so happened to get sick right before we went, we get to the pharmacy and the pharmacist says that the doctor didnt write out the steps for my refill on the inhaler so my insurance wouldnt cover it and now they have to call to confirm the correct refill. i ended up not getting it when im actually in need of it more than ever right now. its literally my rescue inhaler and because of your guys mistake im sitting in a steam filled bathroom trying to breathe while writing this review. i waited 2 1/2 hours and left my job early so that i could get a refill on something ive had since i was 10 years old. the most simple prescription that i get every couple of months and yall managed to fuck it up. im honestly livid right now and better be getting a phone call saying my inhaler is ready by tomorrow morning. extremely inconvenient and literally no regard for my moms and my time/ money. I dont give reviews very often. I heard great things about this place and every time I drive by the place is packed. We looked at the menu online and we chose the bird nest. We ordered it to go. It said it was seafood with a bed of noodles underneath..so that is what we were expecting. Instead they gave us rice. We called to complain about the noodles not being in our order when the menu online clearly states that is what we will get. First of all, the lady on the phone didnt even know the menu. Secondly when we asked to speak to the manager. The manager was arguing with us and saying we were wrong. The manager was extremely rude. I couldnt believe the customer service was horrendous. We will never be going here again. Ruined our Wednesday night dinner!!! Tonight my expectations were higher then I received l. We waited 20 mins at the sea food soup station. The soup nazi was very rude, his girlfriend was in line and made her five plates of soup and once he gave her the soup left his station and went to kiss her and then came back to serve the rest. Also he asked if I wanted spicy or not I said extra spice my and he took a whole handful of red chili peppers and put it in the soup. I told him I asked for extra spicy not extremely spicy and to make another one he gave me a huge attitude and said next time make it clear what you want. I do not recommend coming here. Some of the worst service I have EVER received at an establishment. 11/18 around 7 pm with my family of 10. Walked in the door where a lady walking passed said seat yourself people okay got it! Moved a couple of tables around to accommodate all of us. The place wasnt that busy, one other table with a party about the same size and the rest of people at the bar. With 3 waitresses. 8 minutes later our waitress shows up at our table to take our drink orders, average height lady with long brown hair, and goes off to retrieve all of the drinks. Comes back in a timely fashion with all of our drinks, perfect! Off to a great start. Then it came to ordering food. She wasnt the least friendly and her approach was somewhat like what did you want so I responded with the mushroom burger ! Right after I finished saying mushroom burger she goes to hurry off to take the next order, as if she was rushing because she was busy or something even though she wasnt, so I sort of grabbed her attention quick to request my fries crispy with a side of mayo where she then looked at me sort of nodded said okay and kept taking the next persons order. While We waited for food we also waited for our drinks to be refilled and When she did come by to refill she sort of just reached in rudely to grab the cups. Our food was delivered, with some assistance of the other waitresses Im guessing, everyones food was dropped off and our waitress just disappeared, no is there anything else you guys need? Are your orders correct? Because as I looked at my burger and fries I realized there was no mayo and the fries were some of the soggiest fries Ive had in a long time, disgusting. But I get it nobody is perfect. Ill suck it up and eat the fries while waiting for her to come back so I can ask for the mayo for my burger. My cousin was also waiting for another beer at this point as well but nobody could find her. I finished my fries a good 10 mins later and then here comes our waitress walking out of the back with another waitress GOSSIPING like high schoolers right past our table, my mom waved her down trying to get her attention while saying maam and at that point our waitress had the audacity to give eye contact (that we ALL saw) and then continued on walking towards the bar and called her little buddy waitress to continue on to the bar as well where they finished their important conversation. After about another 7 minutes she finally returns to the table with my cousins beer and I then request a side of mayonnaise and she responded with a rude WHAT? And I tell her that I never received the mayo that I had requested with my mayo, which I then Finally received. The burger was sub par, & it would be nice if you noted that you cook your burgers well done, so that those of us who like any sort of juiciness to our burger would be able to ask for such accommodations since it was extremely dry. We wanted a cool but different place to eat dinner when we bring family from out of town to Fremont and this place fell extremely short. This was the worst experience ever. The manager at this place was extremely rude to us. She treated us like dirt. Ive got to say that the untrained host was the nicest person there yesterday. I go in to place a to go order and the server that i had was extremely rude and disrespectful. To top it off... The food i got was disgusting. I ordered biscuits and gravy and guess what was pretty much missing. The gravy. There was enough for maybe a 1/2 a biscuit if that and it had no flavor. Oh and my bacon was missing. For the amount of money i payed you would think they would have gotten it right. Such a shame too. Ive never had any issues with this location. Although the sandwich was actually very tasty, the horrific service made it seem like it didnt matter- I felt like a prisoner in line at the mess hall the way this woman treated me- first, she was extremely rude to the elderly woman ahead of me...... making me almost frightened to order my sandwich. slamming kitchen utensils around with a scowl on her face, she barked at me for my order, I timidly asked if they had gluten free, She nastily remarked no. I ordered my sandwich and while checking out, I said to the manager, is she in a bad mood..... and instead of apologizing, she made the excuse that shes working alone and that I would be crabby too..... seriously???!!! I dont care if Im starving, I will never go to this establishment again, I would rather go across the floor to McDonalds, where the food may not be as good, but at least the service is far more friendly and less abusive. Its a beautiful bar, but the staff is way too stuck up. Like calm down guys. No reason to treat someone with disrespect because one has more money than the other. Anyway, my night was awesome then I came to this bar. The bartender and I were super chill with each other. Then I sat down at a different chair that had blackjack. The guy next to me looked at me and sat a different chair. So I went up to him and told him that was extremely rude. Then he said he didnt want to be disturbed. So I was like okay then the bartender quickly came to us and said , leave him alone. Hes an important client. I looked at her surprised on how rude she was being so I was like okay so the rest of the night she ignored me and kept giving me dirty looks. Didnt refill my glass. Had to flag her to get her attention. Doesnt matter how much money a person has. Always treat everyone with the same respect. Like girl youre a bartender. Youre suppose to have awesome Costumer service. We sat in drive thru for half an hour and this isnt the first time. Each time we go there (which is very rare anymore) its a crazy wait. And normally the employees are extremely rude but at least this time cashier apologized for the excessive wait. Went there after a concert with a couple friends for a drink. Nice place however the tall male bartender with glasses was extremely rude. For being not very busy service was also slow. Bouncer at the door was very nice though. Had a good time despite the poor service. Hopefully they can find a decent bartender. First off, I love Chick-fil-A! However, 1 out of 3 times my order tastes like its been sitting out whenever I order from this location. Normally I just suck it up since its too much of a pain after going through the drive thru to go back to the restaurant to say anything. Recently though I dined in the restaurant hoping my food would be fresh and warm....it was not. I still hesitated to say anything simply because its awkward and uncomfortable. After a few more bites, I decided its just not worth it and I wanted fresh food! I reluctantly approached the counter and the young man asked what I needed. I told him my food tasted like it had been sitting out and was not warm. He then grabbed his manager, a tall male with a mustache. This man was NOT friendly at all. I started to explain the problem to him and, after a minute, he cuts me off to call on a female manager to come over an told her to take care of it. I then start to explain it to her and she also cuts me off and defends the food saying she doesnt know how its possible the food wasnt fresh because theyve been so busy all night and the food has been flying off the shelf. I was already reluctant to say anything and now I feel like Im being shamed or called a liar which made me extremely uncomfortable. I told her ok nevermind then maybe its my fault we will just finish it. She then says she will get us new food its not a problem. Really? Not a problem? Because I just had to talk to three employees and be made a fool. She brings over a new order very quickly and what do you know? Its warm and fresh. So it is possible to provide better tasting food! Why did I have to go through so much trouble to get it? My advice, if someone tells you they are not happy, simply apologize (which no one EVER did) and say we will get you a new order right away. I was totally polite and never rude, dont be rude to me. Decent looking place but the bartender Chuck was the biggest asshole i have ever met! He was extremely rude and obviously hated life and his job and took it out on everyone there. Never coming back unless he gets fired! This is one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to in Vegas. To be honest the food is just mediocre, nothing special. Even the top recommended appetizer which was a cheese dip was just nothing special. The service is where they really get bad marks. The first time I came here I was a little drunk and the serve did not seem to be too enthused about serving us. It was past midnight so most people were in the same boat and had been out drinking and it was a loud restaurant. Our server was extremely rude. The second time I came back sober and we started out being quoted for a 30 minute wait and waited an hour perhaps more. Luckily we were in a casino so we could keep busy, but they have no way of communicating with you if you are gambling and not in the immediate area where their host stand is. Host kept assuring us it wouldnt be much longer but obviously it was. Then the food took forever to come out and our server was unapologetic. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Just had one of my worst restaurant experience in GTA. One of the dishes we ordered was their steamed chicken and the meat was salty that we couldnt swallow. When we asked one of the waitresses to come and return the dish, she raised her voice at us and gave us an extremely bad attitude!!! I understand its a busy night when we went and I dont usually expect a 5 star service when we go to a place like this. But having to deal with this kind of rudeness from the service staff was just absolutely unacceptable! This place is all hype, food was ok. Service was terrible! Came here on a Sunday for brunch and had an extremely rude hipster who thought it was too much to have to deal with us. As the hostess was seating us, he came by and asked us what we wanted to drink - BEFORE BUTTS WERE IN SEATS. We said we obviously needed a few minutes and he took that to mean Ill come back in 20. And from there, his attitude just got worse, not sure why hes working in hospitality if he hates people. As for the food, the fried chicken was good but nothing special, lacked seasoning and flavor. The bacon jam biscuits are to be avoided! Biscuits are good but smothered with the terrible bacon jam, I mean just covered to the point you cant even see the biscuits. The mac and cheese side tastes like theres only flour in the roux, way too starchy. The only standout dish for us were the hush puppies and kale grits, and if thats the star of the show, then it says a lot about this place as we ordered a ton of food! I was pretty disappointed when I tried Mint about a month ago. I LOVE Indian cuisine, it is one of my favorite foods when going out to eat, I pick it over almost anything else. There are a lot of good Indian restaurants in the area, and one absolutely incredible one. But Mint, I wouldnt even call it fair. Its not true Indian cuisine. Its in the horribly ghetto parking lot near Mr. Beijing on Flamingo, but the restaurant itself inside is extremely nice and clean, only reason its getting two stars. The service is absolutely horrendous, some of the worst service Ive had at any restaurant in the Las Vegas area. I always go to Indian restaurants at lunch because of their lunch buffets which is nice so you can experience many different foods rather than just one entree, and its generally a really good deal. Mint had the same sort of setup, so I began at the buffet. The options here were really really weird, there were some Asian inspired choices and everything seemed very Americanized, not your traditional Indian restaurant. I remained optimistic. The food was not good, no spice, no real flavor in their tikka masala/butter chicken. The naan was absolutely horrendous, worst naan Ive had. How can you mess up bread? Super weird. The guy at the cashier was so rude and barely acknowledged my presence. Will definitely not be back. Love this pub! Go to school right next door. Will never be back because of the extremely rude Irish bartender with the spiky hair. I am a bartender in an Irish pub and know what to expect from service when a pub is in a bit of a rush. Being talked down to by a person whose bar is fully empty for asking for a round of shots is not my idea of good service. This guy does not deserve to call himself a bartender. Perhaps he is more suited to serve soft drinks at McDonalds. The owner operator is extremely rude and curt. I dont think Ive ever felt as unwelcome as she made me feel. Frankly, the police should shut her down for her racist discriminatory behavior. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. Why? I waited 2 hours for a burned pizza for which the staff and manager were not even concerned or slightly apologetic. In fact, they were extremely rude, manager included. Plus, the pizza was soggy and bland in addition to it being burned. Such a waste of money especially because they are on the more expensive side. Such a disappointment! Well we frequent this place often for the televised griz games. Today the man was extremely rude and our waitress was so stoned. Needless to say we left after 15 minutes. They told us they are televising our game on a small tv inside. Wont be back for quite some time. Very rude staff today. The staff was extremely rude and they did not want to apologize after they made a mistake. I asked for management and they were just as rude. I went there in a Sunday afternoon and Frank was the manager, he was extremely rude he was cleaning the restaurant asking me no move cause I was in his way! My daughter got married at the Chapel in the clouds in October 2017. We purchased the Stairway to the stars wedding package (roughly $ 1800 on the weekends) and our wedding coordinator was Daun H. From the booking to the day of the wedding it was extremely difficult to work with our so called wedding coordinator Daun. It was very difficult to reach her by phone and emails would get no replies. I had to contact her because when I got my contract for the wedding it had the wrong time and a wrong contact phone number to reach us. We also had booked the wedding reception at the Crafted Buffet (Stratosphere) for 2:30 pm. When I checked online a few weeks before the wedding I saw that the buffet hours had changed and that it was now CLOSED from 2-4 pm. I immediately TRIED to contact Daun and got no reply for a week. It took another week to resolve the issue - Im still wondering what would have happened if I didnt check the hours of the Crafted Buffet myself ? Since we had never been at the Stratosphere before we expected our wedding coordinator to show us the chapel and reception venue the day prior to the wedding (as stated in the contract). When we tried to make an appointment to meet with Daun we were told that she was off that day and could send us the neccessary information by email !!! The day of the wedding Daun never even introduced herself - she came out of the office took us to the elevator and turned around and left..... Upstairs in the chapel area we found the butler Mario. Another nightmare.... He was very rude and arrogant. We caught him more than once rolling his eyes and after the ceremony when all our guests were standing and waiting to take a few photos with the happy couple ,he came running through screaming Excuse me and ripping the white paper carpet off that went down the isle.Very unprofessional. Now to the positive parts - the chapel was beautiful. Our guests enjoyed the view and the minister Carlos V. was very nice. The photographer Anthony did a great job too. The highlight was the Crafted Buffet. We booked a semi private room that turned out to be private (we had almost 50 guests). Our guests enjoyed a great variety of tasty food.The set up was very nice with white table cloth and flowers on every table.There were 3 waiters that constantly removed finished plates and refilled drinks.The buffet manager Larry was on top of things and came by numerous times. The staff were extremely rude to my friend and I. They responded to our questions in a rude manner and did not care about serving us. The sushi was tasty tho. The pizza is great. Weve come here for a couple years now. Josh (one of the people who answers the phone) is extremely rude and shouldnt be answering phone calls. This has happened several occasions and has turned us off from going/ordering from here lately. Its not cool to feel like I shouldnt be calling a place that does take out orders because the person on the other side is extremely rude! The worst experience ever.. They service was extremely slow and the cashier was so rude to myself and other people around me. The cashier got so mad at someone trying to explain to her what they wanted she called the lady a stupid ass.. I will Never eat from this place again The bartender, Megan, was the rudest woman Ive ever met. She gave the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and was extremely neurotic and unpleasant. Pizza was amazing, wish I could say the same about the service... This Matthews location went out of business fairly quickly, When it came up on our community website many residents expressed they were glad as the service was terrible and the servers and owners were extremely rude. I guess they can get away with bad service downtown but it will destroy a business in the suburbs. A taco restaurant has since opened in this location which treats customers well. Hopefully it will be there a long time! I had the TERRIBLE pleasure of dealing with Scottie who is, apparently, the owner of Rosatis. I was hoping to make right of a wrong order delivery but in the end he hung up on me. I ordered a fettuccine alfredo with no chicken because the person it was intended for has an allergy. The gentleman who took my order asked me what kind of dressing Id like with the salad and then repeated my entire order to make sure it was correct. When the food arrived, there was chicken in the alfredo and there was no salad. The delivery guy knew the salad was left back so he said hed credit my account for next time. When I noticed the pasta had chicken, I called back to the store because I wanted a refund. We had plans that night and would not have time to wait another hour for a new delivery. Scottie said, well anyone can just call back asking for a refund with the full intention of eating the pasta anyway as if accusing me of this. So he told me he needs the pasta back in order for him to give a refund. I told him he can come pick it up but we will not be waiting, we will leave it outside the door. He said no, I have to be there to hand it to the delivery guy! ITS GOING TO BE THROWN AWAY ANYWAY. So not only did Rosatis inconvenience our dinner plans, but now we should reschedule our evening out because Rosatis needs to trash a plate of food they made wrong in the first place? NO THANKS. Scottie was extremely rude about this entire situation and said that he can either credit my account for a pasta in the future or pick up my plate and give me the refund. I told him his unprofessionalism as the OWNER of the restaurant made me never want to eat there again so I had no interest in ordering in the future. He finally said that this phone call was going nowhere, he would credit my account, and said hed hang up on me....which he did. Oddly enough, I called another Rosatis location and their manager said franchise owners arent usually at the stores this late, or very often to begin with, which I agreed. She was not familiar with an owner named Scottie and said I probably just spoke to a manager. Who knew a MISTAKE on their end could cause such a ruckus! From the looks of many other reviews, I am not alone in delivery mistakes. But I will most definitely be speaking to dear Scotties bosses because he needs a new job at the DMV. This literally used to be my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is great , Janelle is literally the best waitress they have! Until I went there for my birthday and they were extremely rude from the time I made the reservation till time I left ! We had a party of 12 , and only 6 of us was on time , and they kept telling us how they cant sit us down until the rest of the party comes ! Then I ALWAYS order the kimchi fries with the kimchi on the side (as you can see in the picture) but for some reason they were making a big deal about it , even making the manager come to the table to explain why they cant simply but the kimichi on the side which I was still paying for ! So instead of bringing the kimichi on the side with they brought my fries completly plain with nothing on it , when it usually comes with bougli and 2 different types of sauces ! DRIVE THRU customer service was horrible. We stopped in on Halloween, the only customers in line and it seemed like we interrupted the guy at the window text messaging session. He was extremely rude and didnt give any condiments or plasticware. When you have customers that come there all the time, you would think that the service in drive thru would be as welcoming as going inside... we spent 60 bucks and got all attitude... Where do I start Friday night, date night...Well I have to say that the atmosphere was nice...The meats not so much! We got several pieces that were way under cooked or dry as the desert! The guy splashed grease in my face twice while slicing, and dropped meat juice on and in my purse. We noticed that when they brought out better cuts such as ribeye, they skipped our table. We asked about the shrimp cocktail and the guy acted like we couldnt afford it. There were meats brought out on cutting boards, but when we tried asking about it, we were ignored! That was extremely rude. The market table wasnt impressive either. Maybe my expectations were too high. My husband was not impressed this being his first time...and probably his last. Maybe Via Brasil spoiled me because this place wasnt worth the money. I wont go back. Every time I call in an order at this location it is a battle with the girls to even get them to understand and place my order. They act like some of my reasonable requests are crazy it seems. They just cant comprehend the fact that you are supposed to take care of the customer. The girl I spoke to tonight was extremely rude and all I asked was for her to add up the total of my order for me because $50 seemed like a lot for something I always order and know the price of. She asked if I wanted her to repeat the order and I said just forget it Ill check the receipt when I get there. Then when I got there she said oh I thought you wanted to just order when you got here. I was blown away lol. What a waist of time and money. Buffalo Wild Wings lost one tonight, atleast the Gilbert location did. They didnt even follow my simple requests either like nacho cheese on the side in the sampler. Its sad because I love this place, I used to work for the manager Shana. Just ridiculous. They need to make their hiring process a little more intense cuz the girls taking orders are a little unqualified. The delicious food was completely overshadowed by the horrible service my friend and I received. After asking if they take a card and finishing up our meals we were told they accept cash only, although we were told otherwise at the beginning. The lady behind cash was extremely rude and pointed at the sign that had nothing to do with card payments. I tried to ask if there is a sum we need to reach to pay with a card and if so, could I order something else to go but I received no answer and all of my questions were met with complete silence and pointing at the signs in Korean. The lady seemed to speak little English but the waiting stuff spoke English and were ignoring me as well. No doubt the worst service I have ever received in my life, left the restaurant embarrassed and angry. Wont be returning to this location in the future Both women working were rude to me and my friend yet extremely friendly to other customers in the store. Snappy as i was trying to order, and hardly spoke loud enough for me to hear over the glass while ordering. I will absolutely not go back to this store. We heard good things things about this place from friends. We went in a group of 12 people and our server was extremely rude and very slow service (took us one hour just to get appetizers!). The meat in our entree dishes were cold and not cooked properly. Extremely disappointed. All of our stomachs felt uneasy after dinner. My friends and I have been wanting to try this place out for a while now so we went last evening on a Friday night. It was 12:40am and the band was still playing. We sat at a booth in the bar for a good 10 min and no one acknowledged us so we decided to sit at the bar. The manager and bar tender saw us but again did not acknowledge us. We finally asked them if we could get service and they proceeded to say they were no longer serving for the night. Even though we were told they were open until 2am. The manager was extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome. I am very disappointed and will not give this place my business. I normally love Popeyes, but this location is terrible. The last time I went there the chicken was really dry, so I asked the manager to remake it. Of course she refused, but she gladly remade it for the next customer, who was not white. Customer service on the phone when ordering horrible you order something that is on their online menu for the Streetsboro location you get a nasty response from the order-taker saying we dont have a deluxe whats on a deluxe youll have to pay for everything separately would not let me even speak extremely rude which is surprising because if you just stopped in to get lunch theyre always very nice if she doesnt like to work there on a weekend maybe she should get another job Dont be fooled by this place! Terrible! Expensive! Cheap on ingredients! Among the worst dry poutine I have ever eaten, Im from Montreal, I know poutine and I know its not fair to compare to authentic Montreal poutine. You go in with such high expectations since they have a lovely menu and you come out with a poutine lacking ingredients to essentially call it a poutine. Im sure the great reviews are fake, Ive given this place more than its fair share of tries but in the last year or so every time they fail badly, its just more frustrating and wasteful (dry poutine fit for the trash can) than its worth. Most of the staff, specifically the manager, are extremely rude and I believe not properly trained. Do yourself a favour and go to The Works, you can get a great burger, fries and acceptable service for about the same price. Pics to follow. Im going to start my review based on the way we were treated when first entering the small restaurant and then I will give my review of the food that is TOTALLY based on the food and not the rude behavior of Ulysis. We first reviewed the menu as this was our first visit, the restaurant only consisted in 2 employees, 1 man on register and 1 cook. The guy at the register started out by saying this is to go right? We said yes and then realized that they were about to close. The guy was so rude to us, he looked extremely bothered that we were there. In all fairness it was probably 2min before closing time but the door was open and we had no idea, no bad intentions to keep them late! Now for the food review: we had a carne asada torta and the meat was seasoned well, the bread was toasted nicely! Rolled tacos were really good not your every day drive-thru that doesnt have meat inside however the lettuce must have been sitting in liquid because it made the rolled tacos soggy. Basic quesadilla was terrible!! Cheese was terrible quality and I can tell because of the lack of melting, the tortilla was also terrible and had a sweet flavor, the worst quesadilla ever!! Super nachos were ok, again well seasoned meat but it was mostly fat and hard to look past that, it also had that terrible cheese. So my overall review is that I would never return to this place! Worst service I have ever had. The cashier is extremely rude to customer. The food takes forever to come. Never will come here!!!!!! Worst Hero Burger Ive been to! The people working are lazy and rude. They are extremely slow at there job and dont act like they want to be there. When your paying this much for fast food the service should be better than what I had received! This is more of a take out than sit down. 1 table with 2 chair in the entire place.. Theres a little patio you can sit on outside but only in the summer ... Horrible service from the drive through. She was extremely rude and barely acknowledged us. Dont go here. Save your money. My friends and I came here to have lunch, and the staff were extremely rude. We were told to wait 20 minutes for a table and when we decided to do takeout instead, we were very rudely told to just wait. Will not be coming here again. The workers in the food court always look pissed and dont really care for being pleasant and not rude. In fact sometimes they even go out of their way to be rude to you. Today I went to get vanilla ice cream in the food court and I was standing in one of the three lines they have to stand in to order and the worker there looked at me the back of the line and said You know theres a line and other workers and even one person in line were like yeh youre not in the lineand I responded Im in line. I looked around the floor to confirm I was standing in said line. They literally went out of their way to be extremely rude to me when I did nothing wrong. I was so embarrassed and one lady standing in the line next to me gave me a sympathetic look. The people who work in the food court are grumpy, sad and have no life and they take it out on their customers. I wish I would have done something to stand up for myself more. At least I had vanilla ice cream as my $1.29 consolation prize.
