Htacc (HtAccess / Apache Config CFC) is a component for parsing Apache config files, and specifically .htaccess files.

It accepts a filename and produces a nested array of directives and parameters. Eventually it is intended to be able to validate and manipulate files, enabling (for example) the ability to programatically configure htaccess rules in a framework or CMS.

It currently has very basic knowledge (it can name parameters) of just under a quarter of the standard directives provided by the core and about a dozen other modules - again, this is hoped to be expanded over time to include all directives/modules, and to provide at least valiation, and potentially other functionality.

Feedback is welcome - if you have any thoughts on what is currently available, features that would be useful, or anything else related to the project - go ahead and raise an issue.
