This release addresses two issues found by Simon B.
- Reference Materials are now detected by lower and uppercase first letter T. Note - this is still a hard-coded parameter that will be addressed later.
- An off-by-one bug was discovered running example file ILC-IV-9peak-bkg3.xml with NOSBM and SPOTAV choices at lines 487 and 493 of PrawnFileRunFractionParser. This was a remnant of the conversion of the code from VBA to Java. Note in Java, k is 0 or 1, whereas in VBA k is 1 or 2. An alternate solution in Java would be to leave k as 1 or 2 and keep the [sNum + k -1] indexing.
This release accepts un-altered Prawn XML files and temporarily changes their headers to point to our new schema. If the file does not validate against the schema, an error message is presented - please be sure to send us the file and a brief report. However, for now, if the file passes validation, we make no guarantees as to the processing except for the included 6 example files. Thank you for your interest.
