Error message:

Quitting from lines 154-163 (report.rmd)
Error in [.data.frame(data, , -response, with = FALSE) :
unused argument (with = FALSE)

To work around the error in create_report, set input data to data.table.

To fix it, set it at beginning of the report template.

Add unit test for all possible combinations.
