+All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff. Those manuscripts evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to conference criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts evaluated to be of potential interest to our readership are sent to blind reviewers. The submitted papers will be peer-reviewed based on relevance and timeliness, technical content and scientific rigor, novelty and originality, and their quality of presentation. The editors then decide based on the reviewer’s recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, or need minor revision. Authors can check the status of their manuscript anytime from their account in the EDAS. The committee will notify authors via email when the review process is finished. After the authors get the notification of acceptance, authors need to finalize their final manuscript in accordance with the author guidelines and review results.
Review process:
BioMIC committees adheres to the COPE Guidelines for Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing.
Read publication ethics + +BioMIC committees adheres to the code of conduct statement we apply as described in the COPE code of conduct.
Read code of conduct + +After your final manuscript and presentation document has been submitted, you also need to attend the conference for a live Q&A session. Please note that you need to make time on October 6–7 in the Zoom meeting, because the conference program cannot be rescheduled and must be in accordance with the program given by the committee.
If you are unable to attend for any reason, make sure that one of the co-authors can replace your presence. Change of attendance will result in a change of name listed in the certificate which we will send by email. Unpresented papers will be removed from publication and automatically declared as rejected.
If you want to participate in the conference, there are four steps that you need to follow to make a payment in the BioMIC 2021.
There are different fees that need to be paid to take part in this conference. Participants from Indonesia should pay the domestic participant fee.
