The repo defines and lists the Vim config and plugins.
Notice that vim version is 8.0 so that it installs all plugins automatically.
Each plugin is a submodule of the repo and easy to update by using the Git command git submodule update followed by git submodule init
To add a new plugin, go to pack/plugin/start and add new submodule by the command git submodule add <git-repo>
