Move the set of playlists to their own dedicated Spotify account so that they don't pollute mine :) This has proven to be a little difficult unfortunately because Spotify's OAuth2 login dialog seems to have been broken for a few days now.

When moving we should rename the playlists generated in Spotify from "Death Guild Playlist - 2016-09-10" to "Death Guild — 2016-09-10" (i.e. removing the word "Playlist"). The Spotify UI has very limited screen real estate so it makes sense to have names that are as succinct as possible. Emdashes are also good.
