Pseudo-Markdown filter now removes emphasis, strong emphasis, and any extra HTML tags (none of these look good on Twitter, but they take up valuable character space.
And minor change in wording.
Both binaries now perform checks against the configuration keys that they expect to have. They also make sure that a configuration file exists in the first place.
