We're at the point where we can remove all the block/allow pairs. Can you create a PR that removes them all?

Starting with the blocked items removal first, #189 Which was the main issue with the tracking protection (where the whitelist would only work with accompanying blocking filter).

That said, we can review/update any existing filters in another part of the cleanup.
