Allow blocking of Admiral servers on Ios, could be revisited when we sync ios/slimlist and Easyprivacy.
This is a merge of servers from:
https://github.com/easylist/easylist/blob/master/easyprivacy/easyprivacy_trackingservers.txt#L3289
Note: Removal of some existing Admiral servers were pruned to avoid dubes.
