Linux icons looks blurry at 100% DPI [Follow up to #2295]

Actual result:

at 100% DPI

Expected result:

Same clarity on all DPI settings

Follow up to this related issue: #3788

If possible can we snag one or two more examples of this in the wild? I'll go hunting for a fix but knowing what instances exactly this blurry behavior is definitely happening would help.

The icons are small but not particularly blurry on my GNOME 3 (Ubuntu 18.04) desktop (100% DPI):
