Description

URL bar text padding is off when device language is set to other than English

Steps to Reproduce

Set device language to some regional language. I set the device language to Kannada
Launch Brave
URL bar text padding is off

Actual result:

Expected result:

Easy

Brave version (brave://version info)

Miscellaneous Information:

Issue doesn't happen on Firefox on Linux.
