Importing bookmarks and history from Chrome was implemented in brave/brave-core#49.

Importing saved passwords from Chrome was implemented in brave/brave-core#77 and a unit test was added in brave/brave-core#82.

Importing cookies from Chrome was implemented in brave/brave-core#93.
