With shields up, the graph on coinbase is not working.

@anthonypkeane which version are you seeing this one? 0.68.x, 0.69.x, 0.70.x, 0.71.x? Does it affect all the channels? Or only a specific one?

Version 0.68.131 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I'm on a Mac
Doesn't seem to be an issue on Version 0.70.75 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Tested this in Version 0.68.131 Chromium: 76.0.3809.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The graph seems to load okay
