Chromium has enabled deterministic (aka reproducible) builds on some platforms(bug report), but not all supported platforms. We should work toward enabling reproducible builds on Brave for the platforms that have been supported by Chromium.

This has been discussed internally and requested by the community. We should aim for parity with Chromium whenever feasible.
