Per discussion with @bridiver

  1. It will be a button or a special URL that support can direct users to. Whenever user can't figure out why sync doesn't work properly, user can manually resync.
  2. Resync would get all remote records and send all local records just like an initial sync, but without creating duplicates
  3. Limit resync to once a day or something
