In the inimitable words of @ayumi:

When you visit a bookmark and it's a dead link, you feel sadness.
It'd be beautiful if bookmarking a page also saved a local copy, so all bookmarks would be available forever 🌅

This replaces brave/browser-laptop#3863 .
