Description

When resizing picture in picture window, it will sometimes glitch out like this and needs reset in order to appear again.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. enable PiP on a video
  2. resize the window to a certain point

Actual result:

ayy

Reproduces how often:

Not always. I had it working for a few sessions and unusable for other.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Brave 1.0.1 Chromium: 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Revision 4b26898a39ee037623a72fcfb77279fce0e7d648-refs/branch-heads/3904@{#889}
OS Windows 10 OS Version 1903 (Build 18362.476)

@pilsnerbeer Is reproducible in Chrome? D you have an example video or site where you can give us a pointer where this is and isn't working?

I can't say as I dont use Chrome. It is currently happening on the newest Brave version and the issue can be observed in all HTML5 videos - https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp ; select menu->picture-in-picture and try resizing the frame.

@pilsnerbeer is this still something that's happening for you? I wasn't able to reproduce using the link you provided, but maybe that's because I'm on macOS
