update show all/hide all wording for auto contribute

Description

The 'Hide All' wording on auto contribute table is a little confusing as it's not accurate (when you select it you are not hiding all of your a-c sites).

Instead of Show All/Hide All, maybe something like Show More / Show Less would be appropriate?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit at least 6 sites for minimum time so they are added to AC table
2. Navigate to chrome://rewards
3. Select View Details
4. When you have more than 5 sites you have a Show All link.
5. Tap on Show All

Actual result:

Link changes to Hide All, which isn't accurate.

Expected result:

Accurate wording would be good, hence suggesting changing both links
