Show monthly tip amount for creators in rewards panel

Missing feature:

When tipping and checking making this tip monthly we need to show screen as seen below:

Per @NejcZdovc :
If you have AC off, but recurring tip we will show only one line with that drop down.
(we need to show the grouping lines on the top and bottom)

if you have AC on and recurring then we will show all 3 of them.
if AC is on, but not recurring we only show % and include toggle.

The image near the Recurrent Donations drop down list is more suitable to increase/decrease the value in the buddy edit box when user presses upper or lower part of the button.

I think the native drop down list button image looks much more intuitively clear.

I believe I attached an image before which is just a drop down arrow. You could also use the one in your comment, looks good as well. I agree, shouldn’t be an up and down arrow.

There is an issue when dropdown spinner is inflated on PopupWindow (API 24).
