Description

Upgrade from Chromium 81.0.x.x to Chromium 83.0.4103.XX

QA tests:

This is a major Chromium version bump, please do full passes.

Affected areas:

  1. Settings UI.
  2. Autoplay and Geo Location permissions.
  3. Tor (correctly functions, can open/close Tor windows in various profiles).
  4. Crash reporting.
  5. Bookmarks names.
  6. Themes (correct colors).
  7. Windows update (from pre-cr83 and from cr83 versions).
  8. Autocomplete.
  9. Profile menu.
