Description:

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open at least 2 tabs
  2. Tap between them

Actual result:
Notice a small progress bar animation above the tab bar.

Expected result:
It should be there only when a page is loaded, not on tab switching.

Reproduces how often: [Easily reproduced, Intermittent Issue]

Device details:

Website problems only:

  • did you check with Brave Shields down?
  • did you check in Safari/Firefox (WkWebView-based browsers)?
