Description:

HTTPSEverywhere is not available on 1.7.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to http://rabbitmq.com

Actual result:
Insecure connection is made

Expected result:
Request should be upgraded to https

Reproduces how often: [Easily reproduced, Intermittent Issue]
Everytime

Brave Version:
1.7 (18.11.30.03)

Device details:
iOS 12.1/iPhone SE
