• Steps to reproduce:

  1. Setup Sync on Laptop
  2. Sync iOS device with laptop
  3. Import bookmarks on laptop, order is not maintained on iOS after bookmarks sync

• Actual Behavior
  Synced bookmarks don't retain original order

• Expected Behavior
  Should retain order post sync

Just a clarifying comment, this does not refer to bookmark/folder hierarchy, just the positions within folders.

Sync does not provide us a concept of order. Order is currently inferred. Could try to align iOS to more closely infer the same order as other clients.
