Update enzyme to ~3.1.0

https://github.com/airbnb/enzyme/releases/tag/v3.1.0

v3.0.0 has several breaking changes. See https://github.com/airbnb/enzyme/blob/master/docs/guides/migration-from-2-to-3.md for migration.
