Disable & Re-enable metamask doesnt show block chain count

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean install 0.19.52
2. Enable Metamask from extensions
3. Once widget is shown , disable extension
4. Visit https://tokenfactory.surge.sh/
5. Click No Thanks on notification
6. Refresh page to get the install prompt again, click Install Extension
7. Once installed, refresh visit https://tokenfactory.surge.sh
8. "Block Numbers" doesnt get updated

Actual result:

Expected result:
Page should show the block chain count once extension is enabled and logged in
