Describe the issue you encountered:
Web page banners not loaded even with shields down

Expected behavior:
Should load all web page components when shields are down

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    Windows 10x 64
  • Brave Version:
    0.11.6 Beta 3
  • Steps to reproduce:
    1. Visit FedEx.com
    2. Turn shields off in Bravery page settings
    3. Banner image not loaded which is linked to a FedEx article.
      Console doesn't show any error when shields are down but still the banner image is not loaded.
      Works fine on 0.11.5 build when Ad/trackers is disabled, the banner is loaded with the hyperlink.
