Url bar autocomplete broken in latest version

Describe the issue you encountered:
In the recent version 0.11.6-beta3 I noticed the URL bar behaviour is broken now. Previously if I type the first two letters from a website I visit often, I was suggested the rest of it as highlighted text, so I can just hit enter and visit the website.

Now I have to type 4 or more letters in order this to happen.

Expected behavior:

Brave should suggest with highlighted text the first "recent" or "most visited" entry that match the start of the url since you start typing, like the other browsers do.
