LastPass login pane should focus email or password field

Describe the issue you encountered:

Opening the LastPass login pane does not focus either the email or password fields.

Expected behavior:

Opening the LastPass login window should focus the email field (if it is not pre-populated) or the password field.

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install the LastPass manager
  2. Ensure you are logged out of LastPass
  3. Open the LastPass pane by clicking on the icon
